Hickory Smoked Extra Sharp Aged White Cheddar Cheese

Our cheese is carefully smoked, creating a rich aroma and deep flavor. Handcrafted in Pacific City, Oregon, each bite offers a perfect balance of smoky and creamy that pairs beautifully with gourmet nuts. Our cheeses are cut to portion size, then smoked with hickory using a cold smoke process for more than 3 hours.  The rich, smoky aroma & flavor permeate the entire block.
