Fontina is a semi-soft cow's milk cheese from Italy known for its creamy, nutty, and earthy flavor with excellent melting properties.
Our cheeses are cut to portion size, then smoked with hickory using a cold smoke process for more than 3 hours. The rich, smoky aroma & flavor permeate the entire block.
